How do I get started?
To get your Zen Body Foods meals all you must do is fill out a contact form on our website and one of our Nutritional Experts will contact you by phone or email to get your plan set up. You are also welcome to sign up on our website by ordering a plan online. After your order one of our Nutritional Experts will reach out to you to ensure accuracy of the order. After signing up you will receive a welcome email and receipt with detailed information about your plan and delivery.
What plan should I choose?
Every Zen Body Foods meal plan is customized to meet your specific goals and needs as well as to achieve optimum health. Your Nutritional Experts will work with you directly to make sure that your plan reflects exactly what your goals are and what your body needs.
Do I get to pick my meals?
Zen Body Foods offers a new menu every single week, because we only use the highest quality, most fresh, sustainably harvested ingredients. With the variability of fresh produce and meats we do not offer the ability to pick your meals. Instead, we make sure to take down all ingredients that you have allergies to as well as those that you like and do not like to make sure that the menu items that you are receiving reflect your taste. As you receive your meals, if you come across something that you like or do not like, contact one of our Nutritional Experts at 727-543-2843 or send an email to email@example.com and we will make sure that it is accounted for with your next delivery of meals.
How soon after I order will I receive my meals?
Orders that are placed before Thursday at 5pm will receive meals that upcoming Monday. Orders placed after Thursday at 5pm will receive meals the following Monday. Your welcome email will include the date of your first delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the Greater Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Daytona counties and everywhere in between. We deliver to most of Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Sumter, Polk, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Seminole, and Volusia counties. We deliver to your home, office, and have convenient pick up locations in certain cities. When do you deliver?
Deliveries go out on Monday and Thursday between 4am and 10am. Since Zen Body Foods offers always fresh never frozen and has no preservatives, the shelf life of the food is much shorter. Your meals for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday will be delivered with Monday’s delivery. Your meals for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered with Thursday’s delivery. Refrigerate meals upon receipt.
How do my meals arrive?
Every Zen Body Foods delivery is transported in a temperature regulated vehicle and comes in an insulated cooler bag with ice packs. Due to the early delivery times, our drivers do not generally knock or ring the doorbell. If you have specific requests on how you would like your meals delivered, just include this information upon sign up.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
Our delivery window is currently between 4am and 10am. If you have specific time requirements on your delivery, please notify your Nutritional Experts to make sure that your meals are at your doorstep ready and waiting for you within that time frame. If delivery is unavailable at that time, we can deliver to your office, or the nearest pick up location.
What if my delivery does not arrive on time?
If your delivery is not ready for you in the allotted time due to any reason please contact one of our team members at 727-543-2843 and we will correct the situation.
What if I live in a gated community or have a complex address?
If you have any specific requirements for your delivery driver to access your location, whether it be a gated community, apartment complex, or specific instructions on how you would like your meals delivered, notify your Nutritional Experts at the time of sign up and we will ensure that your delivery arrives to your location. If you have a security gate, you will be required to provide the security code to enter the facility. If you have a manned gate, be sure to notify them prior to your first delivery that the delivery will be arriving to permit entrance. If your driver is unable to enter your complex or facility your meals will be delivered to the nearest pick up location.
Where are your pick-up locations?
We currently have pick up locations at gyms and wellness centers in Lake Mary, Eustis, and Clearwater. More to come!
When can I pick up my meals?
Meals are available for pick up based on the hours of operation of the facility, your welcome email will include the address, phone number and hours of operation of the facility so that you can schedule your pick-up.
What do I do with my bag after my delivery?
Zen Body Foods cooler bags are rotational so the night before your next delivery please leave it out so that our driver can pick it up. If you are picking up from a facility, be sure to return your bag when you pick up your next delivery. If you forget to leave it out the night before, please be sure to do so on your next delivery. If you forget more than twice, you will be charged $5 per bag weekly until all of your bags are returned.
What do you charge for delivery?
Delivery pricing is all based on location. Delivery prices range from $7.50-$15 per delivery. Contact your Nutritional Experts for exact pricing.
How does the billing system work?
Zen Body Foods bills a week in advance for all meals purchased. Billing occurs every Sunday. This is to account for all product purchased to make the meals that are ordered. Since Zen Body Foods provides all fresh never frozen meals, we only order what is needed to make that delivery order. We operate on an auto-renewal billing system. Based on the frequency of your billing that you request upon sign up, you will be billed a week in advance for the meals that you receive.
At sign up if you request a trial basis, you will not be billed again until you have confirmed continuation of the program. If you do not request a trial basis you will be billed based on a frequency decided upon your sign up, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. Please note that if we do not receive notification 7-days prior to next billing date of any pauses or cancellations that you will be billed. 7-day notification is required to pause billing. If we do not receive notification 7-days prior to billing, credit will be applied to your account. For extenuating circumstances please call 727-543-2843 or email email@example.com.
What are my payment options?
All programs are priced based on quantity and frequency. We have weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual options for billing. We accept all credit and debit cards. If you would like to pay cash or check please call our Nutritional Experts at 727-543-2843 to schedule.
How do I change my billing frequency?

What do I do if I need to pause my service?
To make any account changes please send an email to email@example.com or call our Nutritional Experts at 727-543-2843 within 7-days of your next bill date. If your request is not within 5-days of your next bill date, you will have the rest of the amount credited to your account for your next bill date.
What happens if I cancel my service?
To make any account changes please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Nutritional Experts at 727-543-2843 within 7-days of your next bill date. If your request is not within 5-days of your next bill date, you will have a credit on your account. No refunds will be given.
What if I travel a lot?
If you frequently travel, do not fret, we cater to many traveling individuals, be sure to give us as much advance notice as possible so that we can accommodate your travel plans and adjust your billing. Be sure to reach out to our Nutritional Experts or e-mail us at email@example.com to ensure that all accommodations are made.
What different meal plans do you offer?
We offer our Chef’s Special, Zen Athlete, and True Zen. Every meal plan is a completely customizable plan that is catered around your goals and needs.
What are the differences in your meal plans?
Each and every meal plan is customized based on your preferences, health concerns, and goals. We make sure that every bite you have is catered to achieving maximum health and reach your goals.
What types of meals do you offer?
We have a new menu weekly that offers constant variety. We offer a selection of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and desserts.
What are the calorie ranges based on meal plans?
Our Traditional (4oz) portion size ranges from 220-400 calories. Our Large (6oz) portion sizes range from 300-600 calories. Our Extra Large (8oz) portion sizes range from 400-800 calories. Our Zen Athlete meals vary based on the specific diet of the athlete and have a wider range.
How often do you change your menu?
Our menu changes weekly, with so much variety you never get bored of eating the same things. Your body responds quicker to the variety and you see results faster.
Do you have Gluten Free options?
Yes, our kitchen is 99% gluten free, with the exception of our wraps.
Do you offer Paleo Plans?
Yes, we will make sure that any paleo meal plans have no grains, legumes or dairy.
Can you service severe allergies?
Zen Body Foods recommends clients with severe allergies to notify our staff of their allergies to ensure that we are able to provide you with meals. We do utilize nuts, tree nuts, dairy and wheat products in our kitchen. Be sure to contact our team if you have any severe allergies.
Do you offer Organic meats and vegetables?
Yes, upon request of organic meals, we provide you with locally sourced organic meats and vegetables.
Where can I get nutritional information on my meals?
All meals come labeled with Calories, Carbs, Proteins, and Fats listed on them.
